The Millsap City Council handles all of the administrative and legal issues of the city. They are elected to serve as a voice for the residents and to be their proponents in all negotiations and situations where the city must be represented to outside individuals, agencies or governments. They also serve as a sounding board for the concerns of residents, and in some cases as mediator or arbitrator between residents. Council meetings are held every last Tuesday of the month at Millsap city hall at 6 p.m.
